    • How can I get TalkTalk U?

      We’re still shaping and fine tuning what TalkTalk U will become, so for the time being we’ve only made it available to a select number of customers. This is so we can tailor the experience to what people need. From there, we’ll roll it out in stages across the country. Enter your postcode now to see if it’s already available to you. If not, easily register your interest now to stay ahead of the curve - and help us build a better way to Wi-Fi.

    • Why does my Wi-Fi work in some rooms but not others?

      Wi-Fi’s quite particular – it doesn’t love walls, floors or long distances. That’s why you might get full bars in the kitchen but have buffering nightmares in the bedroom. The signal weakens as it travels, so coverage can vary from room to room.
      Speed’s only half the story. You could have 900 Mbps, but if your signal can’t reach the sofa, it’s no good. That’s why we’re shifting the focus from just fast speeds to full-home coverage.

    • What if my speed changes?

      Simply put, your monthly price will stay the same. You’ll just be moved on to a speed that matches your usage levels that month, with no change in price.

    • If my speed goes down, will my price go down?

      No, your monthly price would stay the same. Just as it would if your speed goes up.

    • What speeds will I have in my household? 

      This is where TalkTalk U really shines. Based on the data we have, plus your usage needs, we may adjust your speeds to one of the following options:

      • 65 Mbps

      • 150 Mbps

      • 500 Mbps

      • 900 Mbps
