    • When will my broadband be activated?

      We’ll get you up and running faster than you can say “Wi-Fi”! Your activation date depends on whether we’re using your existing line or installing a shiny new one.


      • Existing line - Expect activation around 15 days after you order. Your router will arrive just before the big day.

      • New line - Your activation date is the one you picked for your engineer visit.

    • Do I need to inform my current provider?

      Nope! Thanks to One Touch Switching, we handle everything for you. Just join us, and we’ll tell your old provider you’re moving on. They’ll stop billing you on the day you switch.


      If things get complicated (like mismatched details or a provider not signed up to OTS), we’ll let you know. In rare cases, you might need to give them a nudge to disconnect. But most of the time? Sit back, relax, and let us do the heavy lifting.
