At TalkTalk we have a range of broadband offers available for people enjoying retirement. We don’t limit you to one particular broadband for pensioners' package. The option you choose is up to you and depends on how you use the internet.

Whether you’re a light internet user or you love video calls with the grandkids, we’ll have a broadband plan to suit you. We offer part-fibre broadband with a landline service. Or if it’s available where you live, we provide a Full Fibre service, which offers offers more reliable, faster speeds but doesn’t come with a landline.

The right broadband package for you depends on how you use the internet and your monthly budget. Think about any potential add-ons like TV or call packages, and whether you have any existing alarms or healthcare devices.

Wi-Fi Coverage - With our speedy full fibre broadband – including Full Fibre 150 – you’ll get our new and improved Hub 3. And if Wi-Fi blank spots are a problem in your home, you can upgrade to Total Home Wi-Fi. This gives you extra eboosters to create a powerful mesh system for wall-to-wall coverage.
Speed - A faster download speed means a better experience online. If you want to stay in touch with loved ones on video calls, shop online or stream your favourite shows, you’ll need a broadband speed that can keep up. The number of devices you connect to your broadband is a factor too.
Cost - Always think about the monthly cost of your broadband before deciding if it’s right for you. Choose a package that fits your budget. You can view a range of TalkTalk broadband offers and compare potential monthly costs.
Packages - Think about how you can combine services together into one easy-to-manage monthly bill. At TalkTalk, you have the flexibility to add TalkTalk TV to our broadband, as well as your home phone line. Not only does TalkTalk TV include Freeview, but you can also watch additional subscription services like Prime Video, NOW and Disney+.
Health Care and Burglar Alarms - Our full fibre service does not support health care alarms such as Lifeline or similar services. Our helpful availability checker will ask these questions to make sure you’re getting a service that’s the best fit for you. Also, certain burglar alarms won’t work with a Full Fibre connection as they need a landline. If you’re unsure, please contact your alarm provider.
