TalkTalk SuperSafe App Privacy Policy

The SuperSafe app is a security solution based on F-Secure TOTAL to protect computers, tablets, and smartphones. More recent versions also include a management portal (F-Secure Avenue) to help you better manage your licenses across your devices and those of your family members.


To summarise the SuperSafe app and privacy:

  • We ask for your name, email, and phone number.
  • We collect anonymous security data to protect your device.
  • We collect installed application names to enable the use of parental controls.
  • The focus of our data collection is not on you, but on your device and our service; and
  • The portal provides limited visibility among those who share the same subscription.

TalkTalk TV 4K App Privacy Policy

The TalkTalk TV 4K app is a mobile companion app for your TalkTalk TV 4K Box, enabling you to watch live channels, as well as search across content, and create playlists of your favourite channels and shows. You can also cast content from the mobile application to your TalkTalk TV 4K Box when at home (requires both devices to be connected via the same Wi-Fi network).

  • We collect usage data to improve your experience and provide personalisation features.

TalkTalk Digital Voice App Privacy Policy

The TalkTalk Digital Voice App is a Voice Over IP application based on a Microsoft voice platform. Its purpose is to allow TalkTalk Digital Voice customers to take and make phone calls using their landline phone number, from their connected mobile device. In-app features allow the customer to sync their mobile device contacts, control their inbound call behaviour and ring tones, and access voicemail.


To summarise the TalkTalk Digital Voice App privacy policy:

  • We ask for your IP address, email address & unique identifiers associated with the Apps.
  • The focus of our data collection is not on you, but on your device and our service; and
  • The portal provides limited visibility among those who share the same subscription.
