If you have searched for your address and you can’t find it, it could be that it’s missing from the Royal Mail database. To update your address head to the Royal Mail website where they can update your address. Go to the Royal Mail Website. Once you’ve submitted your form your address will then be added to the Post Office records within 7 days and sent to Openreach to confirm whether they can provide a line to your home. After this you’ll be able to sign up with us!

Moved into a new build property?

If you’ve moved into a new build property you may need to contact Openreach, City Fibre or other alternative network (Community Fibre, Freedom Fibre) so they can update their records and we can get you connected.
