TalkTalk has been acquired by BT Group
As part of this change, customer contracts transferred to TalkTalk Telecommunications Limited on 5 October 2026.
For our customers, it's business as usual.
You don't need to do anything, and your services will continue as normal. You'll still see the TalkTalk brand, and you can continue to contact us using the same support channels you use today.
What this means for you
- Your broadband and phone services continue as normal
- You don't need to take any action
- Your existing contract remains unchanged
- Your router and equipment will continue to work as normal
- Your current payment method remains the same
- You can continue to get support through the usualTalkTalk channels
- TalkTalk will continue to operate under the TalkTalk brand
