Director roach heading back to austin powers

The fourth installment of the Austin Powers movie is picking up pace - director Jay Roach has confirmed he's heading back to the film franchise.

Last year (09) creator Mike Myers announced he had begun work on another sequel following the success of first three installments, which garnered more than £450 million at the worldwide box office.

Verne Troyer, who played Mini-Me in two of the films, has previously backed the project and urged Myers to speed up the writing process.

And now Roach has confirmed the actor is concentrating on bringing the fourth movie to the big screen.

He says, "(Mike is) working on ideas for it, people are definitely talking about it and I'm all good for it", before adding the next installment will go "somewhere you haven't thought of".
