Tempah left phoneless after brits blunder

Rapper Tinie Tempah didn't receive any congratulatory texts after picking up two Brit Awards on Tuesday (15Feb11) - because he lost his phone.

The hot newcomer took the annual music event by storm, walking away with British Breakthrough Act and Best British Single at the star-studded ceremony in London.

But any messages from well-wishing pals would have been lost after the star dropped his cell phone while waiting to go into a boat party thrown by his record label EMI.

He tells the Daily Star, "I lost it in line for the boat. We've been up and down the queue and can't find it. At least it's a relatively new phone so I don't need to worry about there being anything like dirty pictures on it!"
