Phil Spencer - Biography

In a nutshell

It's funny how a simple television show can make somebody a household name. And we're not even talking about a reality show here. No, this is something far simpler. Before the property market imploded, housing shows were like TV gold. Guaranteed ratings. And one in particular had the perfect mix of personality and knowhow, thanks to its two presenters ? one of whom was Phil himself. Location Location Location was shown on Channel 4 and ended up being a massive success.

Phil is married to Fiona and they have two children, Jake and Ben.

Property is still big business and Phil writes about it for The Sunday Times, GQ magazine and Lusso magazine ? which we've never heard of, although seeing as it's about luxury lifestyles, it's no wonder.

Garrington Home Finders is the name of the property company of which Phil is the chief executive.
