Missing Sky boost and On Demand channels
Update 05/03 00:04 - Some customers have reported that their Sky boost and On Demand channels are not appearing in the TalkTalk TV episode guide. This can be resolved with a manual update or by leaving the set top box on overnight for an automatic update. Go to help2.talktalk.co.uk/tvupdate for instructions on manually updating your set top box.
Not receiving email on new email accounts
Update 12:10 25/02 - Some customers have reported that their recently created TalkTalk email accounts are not showing emails when accessed from www.talktalk.co.uk/mail. If you have recently created an email account and can't receive email then log in at webmail.talktalk.net. There's no need to call us if you are affected, we'll update you Online when this issue has been resolved.
My Account planned maintenance 5th of March
There is planned maintenance on the My Account service on the 5th of March from 21:00 to the 6th at 08:00 while we perform some system upgrades. During this time you won't be able to log into My Account.
Slow speeds for some Fibre customers
Updated 16:15 27/02 Fibre customers connected to the Bridgend, Coleraine, Hastings, Londonderry/Meg, Peterborough Central and Upton Park exchanges may experience slow speeds at peak times. If you are affected by this issue don't call, check here and on the Community forums for updates.
