Where does it go?
This easy walk follows brooks and tracks through gently rolling farmland, with wide open skies above, taking in two of England's prettiest villages. Naturally, you start and end the walk at a country inn, the Vine in Great Bardfield.
What will I see?
Medieval Finchingfield features on many a jigsaw and chocolate box, and together with nearby Great Bardfield, it ticks all the prettiness boxes: village green, duckpond, and naturally, more timber-framed houses than you can shake a digital camera at.
