Terms and conditions for the Lexmark competition and survey.

This draw is only open to UK and Ireland residents.

One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

The draw is not open to Lexmark employees or their immediate family.

Entries must be received by 12th December 2009 to be entered into the draw.

The draw will be held on 18th December 2009 at Lexmark UK HQ in Marlow by the UK Marketing Director.

The prize of a new Lexmark Interact S605 and Acer 5738PF Laptop will be awarded to the first name drawn and a Lexmark Interact S605 will be awarded to the following five names drawn.

Winners will be notified by email and post within 28 days of the draw.

Should the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason, Lexmark reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash or credit alternative. Lexmark’s decision will be final.

The winners details are available on written request to: The Marketing Department, Computeractive Free Prize Draw, Lexmark International Ltd., Westhorpe House, Little Marlow Road, Marlow, SL7 3RQ for four weeks following the draw having taken place.
