Owner: ENIC group. ENIC group controls many sports and media companies and is owned by English billionaire Joe Lewis.
Former Chairman Sir Alan Sugar sold his remaining shares to ENIC is 2007. ENIC have invested heavily in the club - who are currently rock bottom of the Premier League.
Newspapers report that the club could be linked to an Asian takeover.
