A tiny capsid bug, the adults of which are seen July-October. Colour of body and wings buff and dark brown but shows orange-yellow patch on pronotum and near tip of forewing on lateral margin. Common and widespread, usually found in deciduous trees and shrubs. Beneficial predator, feeding on aphids and red spider mites.
