Williams, (George) Emlyn
Welsh actor and dramatist. His plays, in which he appeared, include Night Must Fall (1935) and The Corn Is Green (1938). He was also acclaimed for his solo performance as the author Charles Dickens. Williams gave early encouragement to the actor Richard Burton.
