There will be 69 mushroom homes constructed, all triplexes (three storey buildings), there are two different models available, the difference being in the windows and the indoor/outdoor layout. One house has already been built, the others are on project. All houses will have a large family room/kitchen combined and a bathroom on the lowest floor (80sq.mtr). The next floor (100sq.mtr) will have three bedrooms, a large hall which could also be used as a sitting area, balconies and a further large bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The top floor (60.sq.mtr) will be given over to a study/hobby room and a verandah.
