We aim to give you the best possible service from TalkTalk and want to keep you fully informed about any problems that may temporarily disrupt your landline or broadband services. The table below lists the most recent problems that we've been notified about. Engineers are currently investigating and working on fixing these as quickly as possible. In the meantime we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Any problems that have disappeared from the list below have now been resolved and your service should have returned to normal.

If you are having problems with your TalkTalk landline or broadband connection, and your area is not listed below, please contact our faults department on 0870 087 8777.

We are experiencing Slow Broadband Speeds at peak times in certain areas. Peak times are between 5pm and 10pm, this will only impact Broadband service. Exchanges that will be impacted are listed below, apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
