Verne Troyer said he had no regrets about his drunken moments in the Celebrity Big Brother house, and that he was "just having fun".
But when questioned about his feelings towards fellow housemate La Toya Jackson, he told Davina McCall that was a private matter.
Verne settled into the hot seat for his interview with Davina as the crowd chanted: "Winner! Winner! Fix! Fix!"
Davina explained to the 40-year-old actor that he had been the bookies' favourite to win the show and everyone was sure he had it in the bag.
Verne described his time in the Big Brother house as "Fierce, awesome. This welcome from everybody makes everything worth while."
While the actor insisted his best memory of being in the house was when he did an impression of Coolio, Davina was quick to point out to him that the audience had loved the night he got drunk on three glasses of champagne and ran rampage, driving under the influence on his mobility scooter.
Verne laughed: "How did I know you were going to say that?!"

a clip of him crashing into the Diary Room door the star insisted he was: "Just having fun."I've done it so many times, I've even fallen off! Scrapes, bruises, it's just another thing."
But Verne was tight-lipped when pressed about his feelings for CBB housemate La Toya Jackson, who he drunkenly confessed his feelings for on the same night.
He said: "I can't talk about that. I'm not embarrassed at all. It's private, private in my own mind."
The disabled star said he felt he had fulfilled his aim by going on the show, demonstrating that he is able to do everything for himself.
Speaking about the way the other housemates treated him, Verne said: "It was really great because they did offer to help.
"When I'm at home by myself my home is not lowered for me and I do everything by myself so I went in to show people I'm really no different apart from being smaller."
Verne got slightly emotional responding to the fans who had supported him but then joked: "I want to say thank you to people to for coming out 'cos if I had to come out here, freezing a**e cold the way it is, I wouldn't have come!"
Of the remaining housemates, Verne said he had partied with Coolio and hung out in Las Vegas and they were "brothers". Asked who he wanted to win he said: "I'm going to stick with my home boy, Coolio."
He called Ulrika a "great lady" and "caring mother" but admitted they did not get on at times as he found her insistence that she was always right all the time to be "not great, really."
He said: "I like Terry a lot."
