Big Brother threw David a surprise party for his birthday - but he headed to bed early after his exciting day wore him out.The camp northerner turned 29 and, after a slow start to the day, had a birthday to remember.
All the housemates sang him a chorus of Happy Birthday and BB presented him with a letter from his idol Vivienne Westwood.
David couldn't believe his luck when he discovered the designer was rooting for him and wants to meet up with him when he leaves the house.
And BB decided to round off his day with a party - booze and music included.
David was delighted with the bash, and branded it "brilliant" - but was ready for his bed at just midnight!
Sitting in the garden with Charlie having a final cigarette before bed, he said: "That party was brilliant. I loved it. Knackered though."
However, Siavash was surprised that the party had ended so soon - he emerged from the Diary Room after a chat from BB to find all of the HMs in bed.
"What happened to the party?" he asked.
Sophie replied: "It ended. We sang 'Happy Birthday' to David and you weren't here."
And birthday boy David was obviously feeling the strain. He declared: "My legs are killing me from dancing. I'm just tired."
Come on, David - you're not 30 just yet!
