LONDON - British Conservative Party Leader David Cameron addresses the Conservative Party conference in Bournemouth, in Dorset, in southern England, October 4, 2006. Cameron staked his claim to become British prime minister on Wednesday as the Conservative leader spelt out his vision of the future without Tony Blair.
