Blur's ex guitarist shows just what his old band's last album was lacking with a truly brilliant blast of punk pop magic.
'Freakin' Out' is all cockney sneer and razor sharp guitars boiled up in a tune that will have Damon crying into his Cornflakes.
Gone are the plaintive ditties without a discernible chorus and in come fast, furious pop classics in the style of the Clash. Welcome back Graham - now we know who the real talent was.
