Single release date: 10th May 2004
The mini punk princess has been one of the stars of the last two years. Her album 'Let Go' managed to traverse both the 'pop' and 'credible' markets highlighting the boyfriend-hating teen as a potential successor to Alanis Morissette's angst-queen crown.
2004 sees the release of her sophomore effort 'Under My Skin' - an album which should confirm her position as the skate-rocking ruler of the charts.
The first taster from the new album is 'Don't Tell Me', a allsy rocker that is reminiscent of 'Complicated' from her debut. The same angry young lady routine is employed but lyrically and musically this is a mature step away from her poppier roots. Avril is back, hold onto your tackle boys - this girl kicks!
