Goldhawks

Shepherds Bush locals Goldhawks are a five-piece who make their intentions clear from the start. None of your pussy-footing about, this is Big music, huge songs, no half measures. With their debut single, “Running Away”, the giant opening guitar riff sets its cap at arenas, not the toilet circuit. When the song ends three-and-a-half minutes later, you’re left in no doubt as to the scale of their ambitions. Brothers Bobby and Jack Cook, along with Colin Stratton, Graham Smith and Nick Mills, are currently in the studio recording their debut album with producer Gil Norton (Foo Fighters, Pixies). The album will be released next summer).
