Men At Work
In February 2010, Men at Work lost a case against Larrikin Music Publishing for using an uncredited flute line from the song 'Kookaburra' in their song 'Down Under'. Despite being written in 1934, the publishers are demanding between 40 and 60 percent of 'Down Under's' earnings from the last 6 years.
