Ducati raided the performance parts bin to create this Hypermotard 1100 Evo SP - the hardest and fastest version of the supermoto we've seen yet.
It is 7kg lighter than the standard Hypermotard S, thanks mainly to new engine construction, but the 1078cc twin-cylinder motor is now producing 5bhp more than before, with 95bhp in total.
The Evo SP looks the absolute business too, with a Termigioni exhaust system, carbon fibre detailing and instruments borrowed from its Streetfighter sibling. Ducati has upgraded the chassis with a fully adjustable ZF Sachs rear shock and a taller Marzocchi fork at the front end.
There's now 3cm more ground clearance, allowing greater lean angles and higher bars at the front to offer a commanding riding position. Ducati UK says prices will start around £300 more than the current Hypermotard S, which is currently priced at £9995.
