The Ford Racing Puma was built by Tickford in a limited run of 500 cars. It's powered by a modified version of the 1.7-litre Zetec SE engine producing 153bhp. On the outside the bodywork has been changed to give it wider front and rear tracks and 17-inch alloy wheels are fitted. Inside, Alcantara Sparco bucket seats are fitted.

The Racing Puma suffers from the usual reliability issues, but check any example for a juddering clutch (indicates hard use and will probably need replacement) and the cylinder bores can wear out - so look for blue smoke from the exhaust.
