Cord 810/812
The modern look to the styling of the Cord 810/812 caused a sensation at the 1936 New York Auto Show. With almost no chrome, no running boards and pop-up headlights it’s no wonder this car caused such a stir. At launch, all models were fitted with a V8 engine. 1937 saw the supercharged 812 version launched, it can be distinguished by the chrome-plated external exhaust pipes mounted on each side of the bonnet and grille.
