The second-generation version of Lexus's mid-size crossover SUV had its UK launch in 2003.
Like the rest of the Lexus range, it has built an enviable reputation for reliability, quality and customer satisfaction with many awards already under its belt. More of a soft-roader than off-roader, due to it's road bias, the RX300 drives more like a sporty estate than an SUV, with minimal body roll.
There's very little that goes wrong with the RX300, but there have been reports of corroded alloy wheels and problems with the active suspension system on some models.
