The inside of the 3008 is airy and unlike Peugeot interiors of the past it has the substance to live up to its style. The fit and finish feels high quality and there's plenty of attractive aluminium detailing round the dials and centre console. The driving position is high, comfortable and SUV-like. The 3008's only unique interior styling cue has to be the raised aircraft-like centre console. Besides putting the gear lever in easy reach, it also incorporates a huge lidded storage box. It's a shame then, that the glovebox and rear three-quarter vision are so poor.
