It might not look it, but the 308GT4 was a groundbraking car for Ferrari. Introduced at the 1973 Paris Motor Show, it was the first car from the prancing horse brand to feature a mid-engined V8 layout, and was the Ferrari to feature Bertone rather than Pinifarina bodywork. Its angular lines caused controversy at the time, but there are some similarities with the Lancia Stratos and Lamborghini Urraco which are also styled by Bertone. Produced on a stretched Dino 246 chassis, the GT4 was good for 250bhp and is priced at the affordable end of Ferrari ownership.
