Derived from the Rover 45 which was launched in 1999, the ZS was rapidly created after the BMW sell-off in 2000. The 45 wasnt known for being a drivers car, but its suspension layout meant it was probably the most suitable car to get the MG treatment. Looks aside, the ZS is arguably the best drivers car, with its V6 engine and supple chassis.
Check for head gasket failure, worn suspension and make sure that all the electrics work.
