What's it like to drive?
What's it like to drive?

The Supersports is shockingly fast. Considering it weighs 2 tonnes, 60mph comes up in just 3.7 seconds and the top speed is a supercar rivalling 204mph. The way the Supersports accelerates is difficult to put into words. Acceleration almost seems endless - in fact, very quickly you're doing serious speeds. In sport mode, the only change I noted was that the gearchanges from the six-speed auto box got quite clunky and the throttle action can seem savage and could catch out the unwary. It's very hard to stay within speed limits! The steering is surprisingly light, gives plenty of feel and the handling with standard four-wheel drive is secure. Where the Supersports scores over the standard car is how stiff and nimble it feels over the GT. The Supersports is fitted with carbon-ceramic brakes which stop the car over and over again from big speeds without any sign of fade, though they need warming up first.
