Homes in London, Hull and Grimsby are the most expensive to insure according in the country, according to www.moneysupermarket.com.

Westminster is the most expensive area in UK to get a three bedroom home insured, with premiums as high as £903 a year - 63 per cent more than the next most expensive areas in the UK, which is Hull at £552 a year.

In comparison Bishops Castle, Shropshire is the cheapest place to live in the UK when it comes to paying for insurance. Residents pay on average just £185 a year which is a whopping 391 percent less than Westminster residents.
