NOTE: There is no facility to downgrade from a Tiscali Business Broadband account to a consumer Broadband account.

If you are a Tiscali Broadband customer and wish to manage your account please go to the Tiscali My Account Area. Please note that if you make any changes to your account in the Business Broadband Area, these changes will not be processed.
