Drop-in area

The ground floor is an open, drop-in area where anyone can come to use the internet and check their emails for free. Our Bright Sparks are able to answer any queries you may have and offer advice on broadband issues.

Customer lounge

On the first floor you’ll find the exclusive TalkTalk lounge where our customers can sit, surf and relax in a chilled out environment. And if you want to use the lounge as a venue for business meetings, there are separate rooms which you can book.

Business incubator

Upstairs, on floors two and three, we're offering office space to start-ups and entrepreneurs. Here we're creating an incubator space for innovative new technology businesses to thrive and develop.

TalkTalk customers can use the Customer Lounge for free. All you need to do is call 0800 9555 111 to book a space.

The Lounge is open from 10.00 to 19.00 Monday to Saturday.
