
Ingredients
100g cold leftover chicken, diced
3 tablespoons of Branston Peri Peri Mayo
1 soft tortilla wraps
½ red pepper, sliced,
Handful crisp shredded lettuce
Method
In a bowl mix together the chicken and Branston Peri Peri Mayo and mix well. Spread the chicken mixture over the wrap. Place the red pepper and shredded lettuce over the wrap. Tightly roll up and serve
