Caribbean pork chops - Recipe

Ingredients

150ml water
6tsp Tropical Sun Pork Seasoning
125ml orange juice
Juice of 1 lime
¾ tsp rum extract (optional)
½ tsp Tropical Sun Garlic Granules
6 boneless pork chops

Method

1. In a plastic food bag, combine all ingredients (except the pork chops) and mix well.

2. Add pork chops to bag and shake.  Seal bag and refrigerate overnight or for at least one hour.

3. Remove the pork chops and reserve the marinade.

4. Place the reserved marinade in a pan and bring to the boil, reduce until the marinade thickens slightly.

5. Cook over hot coals on the BBQ or grill, basting with the thickened marinade.  Cook through until meat is to your liking.

Chef's tips

You can use pineapple juice rather than orange juice if you prefer.
