
Ingredients
4 dessert apples
1 tsp ground cardamom
Tuscan oats:
75 g porridge oats
50 g polyunsaturated margarine
50 g light brown sugar
50 ml Oatly Organic Dairy-Free Alternative to Cream
Method
1. Heat the oven to 200°C /180C/gas mark 6.
2. Cut apples into segments discarding the core, place in oven-proof dish and mix with cardamom.
3. Mix ingredients for the Tuscan oats in a bowl and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes or place in a saucepan and heat gently for 1 minute. Spoon over apples. Bake in middle of oven for 15-20 minutes until apples are tender and the top is golden.
