Ingredients
360ml/13floz Provamel soya milk
45g/1.5oz porridge oats 15g/0.52oz roughly chopped toasted hazelnuts
1 tsp of ground flaxseed, sunflower and pumkin seed mix (available from most health food shops)
40g/1.41oz blueberries
1 tsp honey
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
Method
Add oats along with a pinch of salt and cinnamon to a small pan, pour over the Provamel soya milk.
Over a medium heat warm the porridge through slowly until it begins to thicken.
When the porridge has reached your personal required consistency stir in the mixed seed mixture. A good consistency can be achieved after around 10 min slow cooking.
Pour into a breakfast bowl and serve topped with the blueberries, honey and chopped hazelnuts.
