Ingredients
300g Cadbury's Bourneville chocolate, broken into pieces225g unsalted butter
200g Cadbury's Dairy Milk, chopped
175g blackberries
50g walnuts
75g self-raising flour
3 eggs
225g light muscavado sugar

Method
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C fan/ gas mark 7. Grease and line a square baking tin.Melt the Bourneville in a bain marie, or in 30 second blasts in the microwave. Once the chocolate is melted stir in the butter and warm until completely melted together, then remove from the heat.
Mix the flour with the Dairy Milk, blackberries and walnuts. In a separate bowl beat the eggs and sugar together. Pour the melted Bourneville and butter into the egg mixture, beat together then fold the flour, Dairy Milk, blackberries and walnuts.
Spoon the mixture into the baking tin and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.
Cut into squares and serve with clotted cream and blackberries.
