Classic Martini
Vermouth is used to make the classic martini, but not necessarily all martinis. Watch JJ in action making the perfect dry martini.
Fruit Martini
Easy going, dreamy and fruity... JJ uses beautiful large blue-berries for a very berry fruity martini.
Fizz Cocktail
Using mango, this cocktail is served tall, shaken and strained into the glass and finally topped with soda and a beautiful garnish.
Classic Sour
A good liquor, lemon juice, sweetner and possibly an egg white? That mixed with bourbon and raspberries creates a good strong flavoured cocktail.
