Jessica Fenton cured herself of ME and then went on to run the London Marathon in less than four hours. Jess is the founder of Total Raw Food and is the manufacturer of Real Raw Chocolate the UK's largest raw chocolate bar collection. Raw chocolate brownie cake
What you'll need:- 1 cup fresh Dates
- ½ cup Raw Cacao Powder*
- ½ cup Raw Agave Nectar *
- ½ cup melted Raw Coconut Butter * or Raw Cacao Butter *
- ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
- ½ cup Walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Maca Powder *
- 2 tablespoons Mesquite Powder *
- ¼ cup Goji Berries *
Next step...
- Put all the ingredients in your food processor and process, until the mixture sticks together.
- Spoon into a shallow serving dish or silicone chocolate bar moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Alternatively, enjoy warm straight from your food processor.
Raw chocolate sauce
What you'll need:- 4 tablespoons ground Really Raw Cashew Nuts *
- 4 tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder *
- 8 tablespoons Raw Agave Nectar *
- ¼ cup Water
- Splash of Hemp Oil (1 tablespoon)
Next step:
- Put all the ingredients in your blender / food processor and blend on a slow speed to start with. You can gradually build up the speed.
- Place in your dehydrator (on full temp.) for 30 mins if you like it warm, or alternatively warm it lightly on your stove.
- Pour over your slice of Superfood Brownie, and enjoy!
