Royal Mail strikes
Following the national mail strikes on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd October 2009, the Communications Workers Union (CWU) has announced further strikes for Friday 6th and Monday 9th November 2009. Mail services will operate as normal on Saturday 7th November 2009.
This will cause disruption to the delivery of all TalkTalk mail, including Welcome Packs, routers and paper bills. To receive your bills on time, we recommend that you switch to online billing. To find out how to sign up for this service, please see: How do I sign up for online billing?
There is also a possibility of further strikes over the next couple of months.
