I'd just like to give the staff some refreshing positive feedback to read instead of problems.

I use my connection a lot daily and it has been reliable from March through to now. Gaming fine. Download fine. Surfing fine.

I would also like to say that our internet connection has also been pretty reliable over the past month or so with full speed at peak time. The only thing I would say I'm disappointed about is the torrent throttling but I can understand why it happens. I would also like to thank the moderators for always replying to requests so quickly.

apart from the recent spam issue which seems to be resolved I am very happy with Tiscali as a service provider have been with them for many years and no major probs so I am more than happy to join in this thread
