Saw this at Salisbury's Playhouse on Saturday, very good. It's summer, Nottingham, 1945 and takes place betweeb VE & VJ days. The story of 3 sisters and their lives without their men. It's funny and sad, superbly acted, an interesting story offering an insight into the women who waited at home. On for the rest of this week.
(And Salisbury is still the most comfortable theatre I know).
