Default Attention all recent posters!

Have you spotted the Announcement by Scrumpy? It probably explains, though it does not excuse, the lack of attention given to our posts since about 21st April.
In brief, it looks like we tiscali customers are shortly to be migrated to the TT members forum which i think is located at http://www.talktalkmembers.com/forums/ - something which the announcement helpfully omits to say.
Also, we will have to register all over again in order to post to that forum...
It is implied that our outstanding issues on this present forum will be dealt with and resolved in the next few days. But if not, I am left wondering if our outstanding posts will also be migrated, or if we'll be dumped back at square one after the move. Unfortunately, there seems little point in posting that question at present...

I bet our ongoing posts to problems we are having will be conveniently dumped, like I will be doing to TalkTalk when I can get BT Infinity in my area.

It beggers belief at their disregard for customer service and they just care about making money, but I can assure them, the first chance I get to leave and I will be off.

Don't hold your hopes on your email etc problems being solved over there. For Customer Services and Billing its good.
I have reported the same problems as here over there and still have not got them sorted. See:-

Like you sarar I'm seriously contemplating leaving, as the only thing that is of benefit whilst staying with tiscali/TT is that I'm not tied into a contract. So I do keep looking over the fence at one or two smaller ISPs which repeatedly get lots of brownie points in a certain consumer magazine, and no doubt will be getting a MAC to migrate to one of them soon enough.
I agree, clint, I don't hold out much (any?) hope for better things over there. That being said, MK Caroline has been most helpful on this forum.

The only thing that has been stopping me from going to a different ISP is the changing of my email address and having to inform the many people and companies I have registered my current one with.
