Have I been migrated to LLU or not ?
Hi,
I know for a fact that I used to be "on the IPStream platform" But now, according to the Sam Knows website, [URL="http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/EAWTB"]Talk Talk LLU is enabled at my exchange[/URL]. I've been looking everywhere, but couldn't find any link to check if I still am on IPstream or if I have been migrated to LLU. Please can anyone check and let me know ? A more general question: can I expect cheaper deals (line rental perhaps) on LLU ? |

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Looks like you are still on IP Stream. If LLU is now available in your area try speaking to the sales team on 0800 049 7802 to see if they can move you over, if they cannot assist, go through to the cancellations department they can sometimes work things out. |
