I found a new way of eating the other week, 'Ready Made Meals' and I love them, £1.50 each and what a bargain too, my favourite being Liver & onions with bacon, excellent value from Tesco, no fuss in cooking, take off outer wrapping, pierce foil with fork in several places, pop in oven preheated for twenty five minutes and you have a no nonense meal, and no washing up either, absolute bliss, the other types too are good indeed I found, absolute boon for such as I!!

The biggest power of all/......is air ..so breathe it
