Strictly stars reunite for final

Strictly stars reunite for final

20/12/2010 08:42

Anton Du Beke sweeps Ann Widdecombe off her feet one more time as this year's Strictly contestants reunite for one last dance.

The former MP - who became an unlikely dancefloor success with TV viewers - practises another airborne move with her show partner ahead of tomorrow's final.

Each of the eliminated couples will be taking to the floor for a last fling as fans tune in to see who takes the title as the series reaches its crescendo.

Contestants such as Felicity Kendal, Patsy Kensit and Gavin Henson were at rehearsals in London's Pineapple Dance Studios in Covent Garden to perfect their routine.

Producers of the show promise that Ann will be trying one of her "signature" moves. She remained in the competition until the quarter-final stages with a succession of eye-catching routines, which included being dragged around and flown in on wires.

The Tory ex-politician sported a green woolly jumper with a polar bear motif as she was put through her paces with fellow Strictly Come Dancing stars.

Tomorrow's final is being contested by Matt Baker, Kara Tointon and Pamela Stephenson.
