Group convinced they will be booed

The group is convinced the day's bad weather will result in tonight's crowd booing them as they exit.

After Big Brother allowed them a generous lie-in, final housemates Rex, Rachel, Sara, Darnell and Mikey awoke to find it was pouring outside.

And they speculated the drops would make for a very unhappy set of fans present outside the compound to watch the finale.

Rex told the others: "They are not going to be happy, so whatever boos you get, you are going to get booed even harder."

Rachel wondered if she should wear a bin bag over her head to keep her hair dry, while Sara said: "Knowing me, I will trip over or something."

The cocky chef joked that he hoped she would, and that he was anxious to see if he had any fans.

"I can't wait to see some of the people who have been supporting me. I feel like I owe them so much," he said.

Mikey chipped in: "It would be so funny on the final night if you went out and there was like a thousand boos."

Darnell warned the others to prepare for an unfavourable reception - because those who attend the finales come because they want to boo.

And Rex couldn't help but take a few last digs at Rachel, insisting she'll be booed if she "sits on the fence" when Davina asks her who should be crowned winner. (PAW/WN/CL)
